OEM Guitar Case Manufacturing: What to Prepare Before Your Custom Order

Developing a custom guitar case or bag under your own brand is one of the fastest ways to differentiate your product line. But before you place an order, a little preparation saves months of back-and-forth.

1. Define your target guitar models. List the exact instruments your case must fit — brand, model, body depth and headstock type. The more precise your list, the better our engineers can design the interior.

2. Choose your material direction. PU leather, microfiber, canvas, or a mix with genuine leather trim? Bring reference images or swatches of the finish you want, including color codes if possible.

3. Decide your padding and protection level. A 10mm budget bag differs completely from a 30mm premium semi-hard case. Knowing your price point helps us match hardware, zippers and reinforcement.

4. Plan your branding. Logo embroidery, screen printing, heat transfer or embossed leather patches — each has a different setup cost and MOQ. Decide the placement on the bag.
