Planning fall 2025 inventory? Here are the trends we see in guitar bag and accessory buying — and what wholesale buyers are actually ordering.
1. Earth Tones and Aged Finishes
Tan, cognac, olive and aged leather looks keep growing. Crazy horse and pull-up leather finishes sell at a premium, especially in straps and bag trims. Black remains the safe core, but warm browns now outsell grey in many markets.
2. Hybrid Protection
Buyers increasingly choose soft cases with hard-shell panels — the weight of a gig bag with the protection of a case. Semi-hard and padded-shell lines are the fastest-growing category in our factory orders.
3. Sustainability Questions
More European and North American buyers ask about recycled polyester, water-based PU and reduced packaging. Even without a full eco line, having answers ready (and recyclable packaging) helps close wholesale deals.
4. Comfort Features
Backpack straps, chest straps and breathable padding are now expected on mid-price gig bags, not just premium lines. Wheeled options for larger instruments keep selling to commuters.
5. Accessory Bundles
Straps, pads, picks and cables bundled with cases drive higher order value. Wholesale buyers like ready-to-sell bundles with consistent branding.
Stocking Advice
Carry a core of black plus two warm earth tones, a semi-hard line at mid-price, and one premium leather-strap option. Confirm custom color and packaging minimums early — they affect seasonal planning. Talk to our factory about fall 2025 programs, or review our current lines.
