Base fabric. Knitted base offers flexibility; woven base adds strength. Ask for a 0.8mm to 1.0mm finished thickness for premium bags.
Top coat. A matte top coat hides fingerprints; a gloss coat gives a shiny retail look. Both are available with custom color matching to your brand palette.
Testing. Request abrasion (Martindale), flexing and cold crack tests. Quality PU passes 100,000+ flex cycles without cracking.
