2. Experience and references
Years exporting, client regions, and reference brands tell you more than any brochure.
3. Certifications and compliance
ISO 9001 for quality systems, REACH for EU chemical compliance. Request current certificates.
4. Sample quality
Order one sample before bulk. Check padding density, zipper pull, stitching and hardware finish.
5. Communication speed
Reply time, documentation quality and willingness to share production photos predict the whole project experience.
6. Lead time and capacity
25-45 days is normal. Ask what happens when your order overlaps peak season.
