Step 1: Brief your factory
Send drawings, CAD files or a target sample with your spec list: dimensions, materials, hardware, colors, logo, packaging.
Step 2: Tooling and samples
New molds take 15-30 days. Pay tooling separately or amortize into MOQ. Samples come before bulk — always.
Step 3: QC plan
Define checkpoints: incoming material, mid-production, final random inspection (AQL 2.5 is standard).
Step 4: Payment terms
Typical: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment, or T/T after inspection. Letter of credit for large orders.
Step 5: Shipping
FOB Guangzhou or CIF your port. Confirm carton details and freight quotes early.
