Production lines
- Cutting and stitching stations for soft goods.
- Woodworking or molding lines for shells.
- Assembly, hardware fitting and packing stations.
What a real factory shows
- Material inventory — leather, foam, hardware in stock.
- QC stations between production steps.
- Sample room with past OEM work.
- Export documentation capability.
Red flags
- Only a showroom, no production on site.
- No QC checkpoints.
- Vague answers on capacity and lead times.
