Designing a custom guitar bag with our factory follows a clear path: brief, sketch, sample, production.
Step 1 – Brief. Share your target market, instruments and retail price. We recommend materials and construction from our 20 years of bag making.
Step 2 – Sketch and spec. Our design team turns your idea into a spec sheet with measurements, materials and hardware callouts. Dimensions follow the actual guitar body: dreadnought, parlour or electric.
Step 3 – Sample. A physical sample is made and shipped within 7-10 days. We refine padding thickness, zipper placement and logo embroidery until you approve.
Step 4 – Production. Once the sample is approved, production runs in 15-25 days depending on quantity. Every unit is inspected before shipping.
