- Sample quality: order a sample before bulk.
- References: ask for client names and contact.
- Compliance docs: ISO, REACH test reports.
- Payment structure: deposit %, balance on inspection.
Red flags
- No physical address, only PO box.
- Refuses video calls.
- Pushes for large deposits.
- Sample differs from bulk quality.
