How to Order
From first inquiry to delivered order, here is our 6-step process. Most first orders move from inquiry to sample in 2–3 weeks.
Step 1: Inquiry
Send us your product idea — a sketch, a reference photo, or just a description. Tell us the instrument type, target quantity and any deadline. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
Step 2: Quotation
We send a detailed quotation with unit price, MOQ, material options, lead time and packaging options. Prices are factory-direct and negotiable by quantity.
Step 3: Sampling
For existing designs, samples take 7–10 days. For fully custom designs, add development time. Samples are shipped by express courier; we keep the sample cost as credit when you place the production order.
Step 4: Confirmation
We confirm the final spec: materials, colors, branding (logo embroidery, printing or woven labels), packaging and inspection standards. A PI (proforma invoice) is issued for your approval.
Step 5: Production
Production runs 25–45 days depending on quantity. We share production photos or videos of your order during sewing and finishing. In-line quality inspection covers materials, stitching, hardware and final random inspection before packing.
Step 6: Shipping
We ship by sea, air or express based on your deadline and budget. FOB Guangzhou, EXW or DDP options are available. We send tracking numbers and commercial documents for customs.
