Frequently Asked Questions

MONOGUITARBAG customer support and quality control office

Common questions from brands, distributors and musicians working with MONOGUITARBAG.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ is flexible and depends on the model, color and level of customization. Send us your target product and quantity, and we will confirm the MOQ in your quotation.

Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. Samples are available before mass production, including material samples and finished product samples, so you can check material, padding, hardware and fit first.

What materials do you use for your cases and bags?

We mainly use PU leather, microfiber and synthetic leather, including our 1062 series materials. Vintage two-tone distressed finishes are available for brands targeting European and American markets.

What is the difference between a gig bag and a hard case?

A gig bag is a soft, padded bag that is lighter and easier to carry for daily use and local travel. A hard case has a rigid shell that protects the guitar from compression and impact, which is a better choice for travel, shipping and valuable instruments.

Are your cases waterproof?

Optional waterproof treatment is available. Let us know your requirements and we will advise the best option for your product.

Can I customize colors, fabrics and logos?

Yes. You can customize colors and finishes, fabrics (PU leather, microfiber and synthetic leather), embossed or printed logos, hardware, interior lining and packaging on OEM and ODM orders.

Can you make a case for my specific guitar model?

We produce cases for electric guitar, acoustic guitar, bass, violin, ukulele, keyboard and more. Send us your instrument model or dimensions and we will confirm the fit before production.

Do you support OEM and ODM?

Yes. OEM means we produce your own design to your specifications. ODM means you start from our in-house designs and customize them with your branding.

What is your lead time?

Lead time depends on the product, quantity and customization level. We will confirm the schedule when you request a quote, and we plan production to meet your timeline.

How do I request a quote?

Contact us with your target products, quantities and branding, and our sales team will come back with a tailored quotation, usually within one business day.

How many years of experience do you have?

We have been manufacturing and exporting instrument cases and bags for over 10 years, working with brands, distributors and music retailers in Europe and North America.

Do you have certifications?

Yes. Our factory holds ISO 9001 quality management certification, uses REACH and OEKO-TEX compliant materials, and passes BSCI social compliance audits. Certification documents are available for review on request.
